Since the introduction of the Corona virus pandemic, the economy of almost all countries is in recession which has equally affected individual businesses. Many have lost their jobs as businesses collapse making living unbearable for such victims.
In all this crises, government employees were receiving their due salaries although most of them were in the house not working. One group of government employees who continued working throughout this period was the health personnel.
They even worked more tediously in this corona virus season, but are receiving some extra allowances in addition to their salaries, for being frontiers.
Recently the president spoke for schools to be open and this was effected on the second week of January this year. The government gave directives on how corona virus protocols are to be observe and mentioned that educational personnel are to implement those directives.

On this basis, educational personnel are frontiers who also deserves any allowances and motivations necessary.
