The West African Examination Council (WAEC) has once again issued disclaimers cautioning the public to be vigilant about the increasing number of fraudulent.
A post published on the official Facebook page on the examining body is cautioning the general public to be wary of impersonators who claim they work with WAEC and can upgrade results.
According to the disclaimers issued, it suggests that these individuals go about giving people false hopes in the name of upgrading their West African Senior High School Examination (WASSCE) results or certificate for them at a fee.
The council has however dissociated itself from the activities of these fraudulent people and is therefore cautioning all persons to disregard such fake advertisement making waves on social media for there is nothing like upgrading of results in WAEC.
