Multi-talented Ghanaian reggae/dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy has clarified the relationship between himself and prominent dancehall artiste Shatta Wale, saying they have a good relationship but are not yet friends.
According to Stonebwoy, the unfortunate circumstance that happened at the 2019 VGMA where he pulled a gun on his colleague was unfortunate and something he will forever regret.
He further clarified that the beef between himself and Shatta was not staged as many people thought at the time, but it was a long and arduous beef that had been fueled greatly by his colleague and his fan base.
When asked about his relationship with Wale in an interview with Merqury on Hitz Fm, the celebrated reggae/dancehall artiste said though he and Shatta have settled their past differences, they are not yet at the level of friends.

“Settling the beef between us was not for the cameras but for the people, it does not also automatically mean I am now swimming in the same pool with him. Friendship grows and that is what I believe”.
