1. The first thing that you need to do is to wake up early, a little before sunrise and with a smile on your face. This really re-energizes your mind. No matter what is going in your life wake up with a smile.
2. Go outside of your house or room in an open space. Take few long and deep breathes for 10-15 minutes. In morning air is pure and less polluted.
3. Drink one litre mineral enriched water.
4. Clean your teeth, body, hair etc with cold water. Cold water have more oxygen percentage in dissolved form.
5. Touch your grandparents/parents feet (Indian gesture) and take their blessings. If you have nuclear family then make breakfast for your partner and eat together. Try to avoid caffeine. Instead of it, drink vitamin C enriched juices.
6. Plan your schedule for whole day. Set some goals, mini tasks. Assign yourself some duties.
7. Wish everyone with happy mood. If something bad happens in the morning do not panic. Just stay calm and cool.
